Figure in Space ft. artist Faith Jones Honey

What happens when we place the human form within an environment—real, imagined, or abstract?

In this hands-on workshop led by emerging artist Faith Jones-Honey, participants will explore how we interact with and within our environments using a combination of figure drawing and mixed media collage. You'll be encouraged to think critically and personally—reimagining spaces that hold meaning, challenge convention, or express emotion. Whether it’s a familiar everyday setting or a surreal, symbolic landscape, each piece will invite reflection on how space shapes identity, movement, and connection.

No art experience is required! All materials will be provided—just bring your curiosity and creativity.

Registration is required and limited to valid Livonia Public Library cardholders aged 18+.
