From themed mixed-media workshops to instructor-led studio art classes taught by College for Creative Studies students and local artists, each session offers a fresh opportunity to explore new techniques and expand your artistic horizons. Whether you’re looking to unwind with a creative project or learn from emerging artists, LPL Art Studio has something for everyone. 

Välkomna! Back by popular demand, this LPL Art Studio session invites participants to celebrate the winter season with an evening of Dala horse painting inspired by the beloved wooden horses of Sweden. Traditionally hand-carved and brightly painted, Dala horses are a cherished symbol of Swedish folk art and holiday tradition. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the history and symbolism behind these festive figures while creating your own beautifully painted keepsake. 

All supplies will be provided—just bring your creativity!
