Rob Bugar and Mike Maxwell are the energetic guitar duo that will be ringing in the first of the 2020 concerts. They’ll be “celebrating” the New Year with the likes of the Doobie Brothers, Tom Petty and just some good old classic rock. The ball may have dropped in some places, but the Noontime Concert party is just starting.
